These Inmay Truckspace.org Terms of Service (this “Agreement”), which incorporates the terms, conditions, policies, guidelines, rules, and other information on this website or mobile application, as applicable (“Program Policies”), is effective as of the earlier of the date on which your company clicks through this Agreement or your company begins to perform Services (the “Effective Date”) and governs the transportation and related services contemplated by this Agreement and performed by the business entity that you represent (“your company”). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between Inmay Inc. (“Inmay”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and your company. All references to this Agreement include the Program Policies. If there is a conflict between the Program Policies and any other section of this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail. By accepting this Agreement, you (a) on behalf of yourself and your company, agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (b) represent and warrant that you have legal authority to bind your company to this Agreement.

    Personal information is used by Inmay Inc. for the purpose for which it was requested, where required or permitted under applicable laws or as provided under this Privacy Policy.

    Also, in order to allow our users the ability to advertise Jobs and quote on Jobs, we allow other users to search for, and view, your profile information. You may also provide personal information, when you post a review. IF YOU DO NOT WANT OTHER INMAY USERS TO VIEW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, DO NOT ENTER THAT PERSONAL INFORMATION INTO YOUR PROFILE OR A REVIEW.

  4. Authorized User

    Authorized Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Inmay system and services will be facilitated through the use of a subscribing account holder who has authorized their use. The account holder can view all activity of the Authorized User at will through their account information and may terminate the Authorized User’s status as such at any time. Upon termination of status as an Authorized User, the Authorized User’s account may be terminated in due course by Inmay.

  5. Safeguards

    Inmay Inc. has in place security safeguards to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. We evaluate our security practices on a regular basis to best protect those that use our services.

  6. Access

    Upon request, an individual may request access to his or her personal information maintained by Inmay Inc. Individuals are certainly able to challenge or confirm the accuracy or completeness of their information that we have on file.

  7. Modifications

    This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you, and any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy on the Inmay website. It is your obligation to review the Privacy Policy found on our website to note any modifications.

    The Inmay website and mobile application may contain links to other websites or applications. We do not control or endorse any third party websites. Your use of such links and any third party websites or services is at your own risk and subject to third party terms of use and conditions.

    We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us.
